My name is Sean Gavel. I’m starting on a journey of recovery and reconciliation. I have made some terrible decisions that will forever change my life. I’m here standing tall in the arena after being knocked down to the dirt (albeit my own fault). I intend to rise strong and build a new life. The life I’m meant to live. Focusing on gratitude, accountability, empathy , shame resilience and authenticity.
